Use:           

As a new kind of modern Kitchenware，tempered glass lid is widely used for all kinds of stainless steel pot, non stick pan, enamel pot, frying pan, soup pot and other facilities.

Performance: 

Heat test     put the glass lid into oven of **0℃and keep *0minutes. then remove it to *0℃S water, no broken or crack.

Impact resistance test     a **7g steel ball from 1.3 meters free fall to *0mm radius of the glass lid (free from the air hole),no damage or glass cracks .

Destructive testing    knock the glass lid edge with a hammer will cause glass particles ,measure the numerical data of glass lid with a 5cmX5cm frame .The number of particles from *0 to**0 and the biggest grain weight does not exceed 3g.



The tempered glass lids we produced can be divided into G type, C type and T type , the size can be from **0mm to **0mm.According to the profile they can be divided into round, oval, square, high arches flat-top and so on.The material is tempered glass that the thickness is 4mm and 5mm in white,transparent, etc..
